CIA House captains Cindy Selph, Roger Trussell, & Chris Waldrop worked with the Wabash Team on a HUGE wheelchair ramp in Joshua. The Wabash crew helped with the front and back wheelchair ramps and construct a new back porch.

Roger said “the Wabash team had twenty workers and they never quit working until the ramp was finished. What a great group of selfless folks! We can always depend on Wabash for skillful work and a lot of laughs. Y’all always make a big difference in people’s lives.”  Also a big thanks to Lorri Landeros of Stewart Title for sponsoring lunch for our volunteers!

We are always looking for volunteers to help in our community.

February 24, 2024 several youth from the Cleburne Bible Church partnered up with Christmas in Action to tackle FIVE projects. These projects included sanding and painting wheelchair ramps and porches. The homeowner on James St greatly appreciated all the young girls help, cheers, dances, and the joy they spread while painting her wheelchair ramp. The homeowner on Moon St she said "The volunteers were a true blessing, she has been blessed with all the help she has received from Christmas in Action". We are so thankful for the volunteers that work alongside us to repair these homes.
